Golden Light Lilac Dream

"Golden Light Through Trees #2" 7x7 inches, Oil painting on wooden primed panel. The panel is painted sides and all so could be hung or displayed as is. This is the second painting in a new series of paintings I'm currently working on. Calm muted colours are used to create the sense of peacefulness and earthiness as one would feel on a relaxing woodland walk. The hint of gold foil used throughout gives the sense of light shining in glints through the trees and illuminating the scene.
